Shipping Limits: We ship anywhere in the continental United States. Purchases of multiple items could be shipped separately as many of our items ship directly from the manufacturer to your door.

Customer Guarantee: We offer a full 30 day exchange or refund on most products if not completely satisfied. Please note any exceptions listed in the Refund and Return Policy section below.

Billing Terms and Conditions: Payments by credit card will be charged after an order has been shipped. All other payments are payable within 30 days and invoices are typically sent via email or the U.S. Postal Service. Late payments will be subject to an additional finance charge as listed on the invoice.

Refund and Return Policy: You may return most items for a refund or replacement within 30 days of the order date. Due to the advances in technology, the copying of CD and DVD contents has become commonplace. For this reason, all sales of CD, DVD and related written materials are final, and no exchange, return, refund, or credit will be accepted. Returned items must be accompanied by the packing slip. When you return an item, follow the instructions on the packing slip, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. Note that you must call and receive a return number and write on the packing slip. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and will be returned, nor will a refund be issued.

You may want to insure and track your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will issued and should appear on your billing statement issued by the credit card vendor. Payments by check will be issued a refund check, or if desired, a credit can be issued to your account towards future purchases.

NOTE: We will not be responsible for any losses on orders shipped to a private residence. It is highly recommended that a business address be used for shipping address purposes.

Payment Options: We gladly accept checks and major credit cards (VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discoverer) for mail order transactions. Online orders are limited to major credit cards. Sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D. orders.
